Tracy Kay (Binkley) Ollis, Marcellous “Sal” D. Malone, Dale E. Forgey, Gary David Reed, William “Bill” Allen Baldridge Sr.

Tracy Kay (Binkley) Ollis

Tracy Kay (Binkley) Ollis, 72 years old, passed away Thursday, September 4, 2025, at her home. She was born in Muncie, IN, on August 31, 1953, the daughter of the late William and Phyllis Binkley. On February 11, 1981, she married Kelsie Ollis, and he survives.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Friday, September 12, 2025, at Shirley & Stout Funeral Home & Crematory, 1315 W. Lincoln Road, Kokomo, IN 46902. A memorial service celebrating Tracy’s life will begin at 11 a.m. on Friday at the funeral home with Pastor officiating. Marcellous “Sal” D. Malone

Marcellous “Sal” D. Malone, 57, of Kokomo, passed away on Friday, September 5, 2025, on the Caribbean Princess Cruise Ship in Whittier, Alaska. He was born on January 4, 1968, in New Orleans, LA, the son of John and Jackie (McDonald) Malone. On March 1, 2011, he married Vicki Durham in Kokomo, and she survives.

Sal was a 1987 graduate of Northwestern High School. He joined the United States Marine Corps on June 23, 1987, and was honorably discharged on June 29, 1990, as a Lcp1 E-3 rank. After his time serving with the Marines, he worked at Delco as a guard. He moved to work at Chrysler in 1994 as a machine operator and was employed with Chrysler for 31 years. Sal was a member of Second Missionary Baptist Church, Marine Corps League, Goodfellows, was active with Toys for Tots, and was a member of the Great Banquet community. He coached the Redskins in PAL football for 20 years and coached baseball at Eastside when the kids were younger. He was an avid weightlifter and Notre Dame football fan.

Along with his wife Vicki, he is survived by his parents John and Jackie; children Courtney (Brent) Jones, Kyle (Fred) Jackson, Andrew (Alexandra) Durham, and Drake (Meagan) Brubaker; siblings Curtis Malone and Otis (Stephanie Bennett) Malone; grandchildren Jhordyn Brown, Camryn Tucker, Jayleigh Brown, Asher Durham, Ka’Mari Beets, and Archer Durham; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his cousin Pierre Malone and son-in-law Lloyd Beets.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, September 13, 2025, at Second Missionary Baptist Church, 818 N. Apperson Way, Kokomo, IN 46901, with Lionel McNeil officiating. Burial will follow at Albright Cemetery. Military honors will be provided by the U.S. Marine Corps, Kokomo VFW Military Rites team, and the Marine Corps League. Friends are invited to visit with the family on Friday, September 12, 2025, at Shirley & Stout Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1315 W. Dale E. Forgey

Dale E. Forgey, 92, of Galveston, passed away peacefully with his family by his side Sunday, September 7, 2025. Dale was born November 11, 1932, in Young America, to Earl and Osa (Hursh) Forgey. He married Mildred “Millie” Thieke on May 27, 1955, and she preceded him in death November 17, 2013.

Dale was a lifelong farmer. He loved raising cattle on the family farm along with his son and grandchildren. He also retired from Delco with over 30 years of service. He was a member of the Burlington Masonic Lodge and earned his 50-year pin. He was also a proud member of the NRA.

Surviving family include his daughter Susan (Carl) Perry of Galveston, his daughter-in-law Katherine Forgey of Galveston, five grandchildren Tyler Perry of Sharpsville, Seth Forgey (Madison) of Walton, Savannah Krock (Derrick), Spenser Forgey (Carly), and Shelbi Forgey (Aaron), all of Galveston; and his great-grandchildren Mariah, Viktor, Hunter, Xander, Addilyn, Kendrix, Montgomery, Korbin, Zeberiah, and Kassidy. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Mildred, son Mike, sisters Phyllis, Shirley, and Donna, and special friend Joyce Pullen.

Dale dove daily into his endeavors each time he went into Bullshipper's Cafe to visit friends. The staff there soon became friends, which soon became family to him.

A gathering of family and friends will be held Saturday, September 27, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at Center Community of Faith Church, 1475 E. 1125 S. Galveston, IN. 46932 with Pastor Brent Cripe. Burial will follow immediately after visitation in Center Cemetery.

Gary David Reed

Gary David Reed, 77, of Kokomo, passed away at 12:45 p.m., Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at Community Howard Regional Hospital in Kokomo. He was born on October 18, 1947, in Muncie, IN, the son of the late George Reed and Ellen M. (Eagen) Toops. On May 6, 1978, he married Judy D. VanBuskirk who preceded him in death on May 19, 2010.

Gary was a 1964 graduate of Muncie Central High School. He was a member of the Army National Guard. He worked in production at GM/Delphi for 47 years where he retired in 2007. Gary enjoyed woodworking and building furniture. He also liked to go hunting, fishing, and traveling.

He is survived by his children Lisa (Eugene) Strouse and David Reed; grandchildren John (Sarah) Barnes, Josh Strouse, Shelby Strouse, and Whitney Reed; sister Diane Toops; and three great-grandchildren.

Along with his wife Judy Reed, he was preceded in death by his parents and sister Sharon Alred.

William “Bill” Allen Baldridge Sr.

William “Bill” Allen Baldridge Sr., 61, of Kokomo, passed away at 12:19 p.m., Tuesday, August 27, 2025, at his home. He was born on September 26, 1963, in Cincinnati, OH, the son of the late William Albert and Nancy Marie (Chitwood) Baldridge.

Bill was a 1982 graduate of Taylor High School. He worked as a juvenile correction officer at Kinsey Youth Center for 31 years. He enjoyed working with photography and audio.

He is survived by his children William (Ashley) Baldridge and Christopher Baldridge; stepchildren Kaylee (Evan) Pattengale and Jonathan Titus; grandchildren Bentley, Blakely, Brantlee, Bodhi, Henry, and Paisleigh; brother Daniel (Leanna) Baldridge; sisters Tina (John) Albertini and Teresa (Michael) Walsh; and several nieces and nephews.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents.
