Twyonna Deckard, Kenneth Ray Yeary, Carrie Sue Hisel-Reynolds, Ernest Voiles Jr., Robert Allen Bellaw

Twyonna Deckard

Twyonna Deckard, 62, of Tipton, Indiana, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 17, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on August 30, 1963, in Paragould, Arkansas, to Walter and Carolyn (Micenhamer) Stokes.

A graduate of Tipton High School, Twyonna dedicated many years of service as the Head of Housekeeping at Tipton Hospital. She was also a faithful member of Kempton Missionary Baptist Church.

Twyonna was a strong-willed and fiercely loving woman whose determination carried her through life with independence and grit. Beneath her headstrong nature was a deeply caring heart that treasured those closest to her. More than anything, she adored her family, especially her granddaughters, with whom she shared a truly special bond. Whether spending time with them, tending to flowers, or admiring her beloved pink petunias, Twyonna found joy in life’s simple and beautiful moments.

She will be deeply missed by her son Nathan Bledsoe; daughter Jammie Wray (Anthony); granddaughters Eva Fey Deckard and Keiara Yeung; brother Robin Stokes (Debbie); and her lifelong best friend Kandy Stahl.

Twyonna was welcomed into Heaven by her parents; and her grandparents Veda and Arnold Stokes and Nettie and Claud Micenhamer.

A graveside service to honor Twyonna’s life will be held at 12:00 noon on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at Fairview Cemetery in Tipton, with Pastor Jimmy Hunt officiating.

Kenneth Ray Yeary

Kenneth Ray Yeary, 66, Summitville, IN., passed away at 9:22 a.m. on May 16, 2026. He was born in Tipton, IN, on September 19, 1959, the son of the late Ben T. and June L. (Davis) Yeary.

Kenneth graduated from Clinton Central High School. He worked as a carpenter and enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, and spending time with his friends and family.

Kenneth is survived by his sons Thomas (Quirstin) Yeary and Adam (Emily) Yeary; grandchildren Michael Yeary, Nolan Yeary, Aden Yeary, Ella Yeary, and Acen Yeary; brother Ronnie (Pam) Yeary; sister Brenda (Allen) Sanders; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

A memorial service celebrating Kenneth’s life will take place at 4 p.m. on Friday, May 22, 2026, at Stout & Son Funeral Home, 200 E. Main St., Russiaville. Carrie Sue Hisel-Reynolds

Carrie Sue Hisel-Reynolds, age 54, passed away on May 9, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and friendship that will be remembered by all who knew her.

She was born on May 5, 1972, in Seymour, Indiana, to Tim and Susan Hisel. Carrie was a beloved daughter, granddaughter, wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose warm spirit touched many lives throughout her years. She was the cherished granddaughter of Olaf Ison and Pauline Ison, and she carried the values of family, loyalty, and compassion throughout her life.

Carrie was a graduate of Brownstown High School, where she began building the foundation for the dependable and caring woman she would become. Following her education, she devoted herself to work and service in ways that reflected her generous heart. She served as a volunteer with Health Plus and AmeriCorps, giving her time and energy to help others in meaningful ways. She also worked as a manager at Dairy Queen for nine years, where her dedication, steady presence, and friendly nature made her a valued part of the workplace and a familiar face to many.

Family was at the center of Carrie’s life. She is survived by her husband Tim Reynolds and her children Brandon Allen Monroe and Joshua James Parks. She was a proud and loving grandmother to Carter Monroe, Journey Monroe, Forever May Monroe, Malachi James Wade Parks, and McKensley Jade Parks. Carrie also leaves behind her siblings Amber Hisel, Jennifer Hisel, and Jason Frick, along with many other relatives and friends who will cherish her memory forever. She was preceded in death by loved ones; her parents Tim and Susan Hisel, grandparents Olaf Ison and Pauline Ison, daughters Courtney Monore and Ashely Parks, who helped shape her family’s story, and their memory remained close to her heart.

Those who knew Carrie will remember her as loving, kind, and friendly. She had a gentle way of making others feel welcome and cared for, and her presence brought comfort and warmth to those around her. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life and appreciated the little things that made each day special. She loved puzzles and the challenge and satisfaction they brought her. She adored her cats and the companionship they gave her. She enjoyed a daily game of Solitaire, treasured her knickknacks, and had a fondness for horror movies that reflected her unique personality. Coffee and ice cream were among her favorite comforts, and she enjoyed them with the same appreciation she brought to so many parts of her life.

Carrie’s life was marked by devotion to her family, commitment to her work, and a quiet but meaningful generosity toward others. She will be remembered for her caring heart, her friendly smile, and the love she shared so freely. Her family and friends will carry forward the memories of her laughter, her strength, and the many ways she made life brighter for those around her.

Though her earthly journey has ended, Carrie Sue Reynolds leaves behind a lasting legacy of love and kindness. Her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of her husband, children, grandchildren, siblings, extended family, and all who were blessed to know her.

Celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 23, 2026, at the Church of the New Covenant, 1054 Clay St. Austin, IN 47102, friends may gather from 10 a.m. until the start of the funeral services at 11 a.m.

Ernest Voiles Jr.

Ernest Voiles Jr. was born on October 29, 1952, in Newcastle, Indiana (United States), passed away on May 17, 2026, in Kokomo, Indiana (United States), and is under the care of Ellers Mortuary & Cremation Center.

They are survived by Sharon Voiles (wife), Jennifer Voiles (daughter), Christopher Voiles (son), Breanne Voiles (grandchild), Addison Trobaugh (grandchild), Jessie Voiles (grandchild), Nathan Trobaugh (grandchild), Thomas Trobaugh (grandchild), John Voiles (grandchild), and Keaton Voiles (great-grandchild).



Robert Allen Bellaw

Mr. Robert Allen Bellaw, 77, of Kokomo, Indiana, passed away on Friday afternoon, May 15, at Aperion Estates Assisted Living in Peru, Indiana.

He was the father of Todd Bellaw (wife Jillian) and Eric Bellaw, all of Kokomo, Indiana, and Ryan Bellaw of Pittsburg, Texas.

He was also blessed with nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, plus a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing. He was of the Baptist faith and a retired electrician with Delco Electronics. He was a Veteran of the United States Air Force.

He was preceded in death by his parents John and Edna Stowe Bellaw, by one brother Gary Bellaw, and by one sister Carol Croake.

Following the wishes of Mr. Robert Allen Bellaw, the family has chosen to lay him to rest on his private property on the banks of the Cumberland River in Parkers Lake, Kentucky.
