On May 13, at approximately 7:51 p.m., Kokomo Police officer responded to the intersection of Hoffer Street and Indiana Street on a report of pedestrian being struck by a vehicle. Officers arrived and located a 15-year-old male who was disoriented and had some visible injuries to his head and his body.

Through the investigation, it is believed that the juvenile may have been struck by a white pickup truck that left the area after the incident. A vehicle of interest was captured on surveillance footage around the time of the reported incident.
