Webster, Pipeline headed for closures

Two city streets will be closed this week for repairs, one for a couple days, the other for a couple months. The City of Kokomo’s Department of Engineering announced that South Webster Street will be closed at the northern intersection with West Boulevard, and a flagger will be stationed at southern intersection of the two streets.
