The Case Management Society of America (CMSA) has announced the Class of 2025 Case Management Fellows (FCM™). Susan Plough, MSN, RN, PHCNS-BS, CCM, FCM, was among those inducted on June 25 during the CMSA Annual Meeting held at the 2025 CMSA Annual Conference & Expo in Dallas.

CMSA launched the CM Fellow program in 2021 to recognize distinguished individuals who have made a significant contribution to the professional practice of case management through leadership, innovation, and scholarship.

Case Management Fellows (FCM™) represent a diverse community of accomplished thought leaders who take an active role in the identification of future trends and issues affecting case management and serve the public and the professional practice of case management by advancing the standards of practice through excellence.

Earning the FCM™ indicates a high level of proficiency in the professional practice of case management, demonstrates a commitment to knowledge through continuing education and publication and establishes Fellows as influencers on the growth of the profession.

“Each Fellow selected for the Class of 2025 brings a depth of experience, integrity, and innovation to the field,” said Gary Wolfe, RN, CCM, FCM, CMSA CM Fellow Selection Committee Chair. “Their dedication to excellence in case management enhances our profession and sets the bar for future leaders. We are honored to welcome them into this prestigious community.”
