Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Howard County Jail Building Corporation (the “Corporation”) will hold a special meeting at 9:00 a.m., on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, in the Commissioners Conference Room of the Howard County Administration Center, located at 220 N Main Street, Kokomo, IN 46901, to consider (i) approval of previous meeting minutes, (ii) the adoption of a resolution authorizing the issuance and sale of the Corporation’s lease rental revenue bonds, accepting transfer of certain property from the Board of Commissioners of the County of Howard, Indiana, and approving a trust indenture, related bond financing documents, and matters related thereto, and (iii) any other business to come before the Board.

Notice pursuant to Indiana Code 5-14-9: The Board of Directors of the Howard County Jail Building Corporation are appointed by the Board of Commissioners of the County of Howard, Indiana, for a term of one (1) year or until his/her successor is appointed and qualified, or until he/she resigns, is removed, or dies. Unless otherwise noted, all terms began on April 24, 2026, for the following:
