Another Howard County 4H Fair has come and gone. A year of hard work and preparation by the 4H organization and fairgrounds officials resulted in yet another wonderful week of displays, rides, food, and fun.
The Kokomo Lantern spent a few days at the fair this year, capturing some highlights of the event.
The princess pageant drew our attention on Monday evening, but we made sure to check out the camels and capybaras, as well as the antique tractor parade, near the Pioneer Village.
In the show barn, the llamas and alpacas commanded a few photos, and the many 4H displays provided some impressive views.
Acrobats, the Midway, the commercial building, and the food also deserved our attention. Hopefully, many of these attractions filled up you fair dance card as well!
Take a look at a slew of additional photos from this year’s fair on the Lantern’s Facebook page.
