The Howard County Health Department Indiana and Carver Community Center are teaming up to provide a K-12 Student Health Fair on Wed., Dec. 3, from 3-7 p.m. at the Carver Community Center, 1030 N. Purdum St.

The fair will feature a variety of health screenings, education, and activities, including:

  • Free heart scans for students ages 14–18, provided by Pure Heart Diagnostics. Register here.
  • Immunizations for all ages, offered by the Howard County Health Department
  • Dental screenings and education from the SMILE Mobile Dentist Program. Register here.
  • Safe driving education for teens, led by Impact Teen Driving
  • The Hidden in Plain Sight Trailer. Explore a student bedroom simulator with Cass County to learn about nicotine and tobacco hiding spots

Meet local organizations, enjoy giveaways, and connect with community resources. This event is free to attend. Walk-ins are welcome, but you can save time in line and pre-register for immunizations using the links below.

Registration and HIPAA forms will be collected prior to any vaccines being administered.
