The energy level was high in Memorial Gymnasium on Feb. 16, as the Kokomo Wildkats hosted the Anderson Indians in a varsity basketball contest. And the dancers of “Kickin’ It with Kari” from Dance Elite made sure those in attendance stayed excited.

Clad in pink, black, and white, the dancers showed off their skills to a delighted crowd, moving their feet to the beat and striking poses. Given the success of Kokomo High School’s dance teams, it likely won’t be long before some of these young movers and shakers become regular performers at Kokomo halftime shows.
