Executive director joining family business after nine years leading nonprofit

The Family Service Association (FSA), a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the community, announces that Tracy Martino, the Executive Director, will be resigning after nine years of exemplary service.

Tracy led numerous initiatives and programs, making a profound impact on the community. With over 25 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, her contributions have been instrumental in advancing FSA’s mission and vision.

Throughout her tenure, Tracy has shown unwavering commitment and passion for the community. She has worked tirelessly alongside FSA’s dedicated staff and Board of Directors, who share her vision and dedication to serving those in need.

In her statement, Tracy expressed her deep gratitude.

"Words cannot express the love that I have for nonprofits and our community,” said Martino. “The Board of Directors and staff at Family Service Association have the biggest hearts, and it has been an honor to work alongside them for nine years."

Although Mrs. Martino will be stepping down from her role as Executive Director, she has generously agreed to remain involved during the transition period. She will serve as an advisor and contribute to special projects, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition for the organization. This arrangement allows her to continue making a positive impact while pursuing her new endeavors.

Following her departure from FSA, Mrs. Martino will be joining her husband at Martino Realty and Auctioneers. Her experience, leadership, and passion will undoubtedly contribute to the success of their business.

The Board of Directors at FSA extends its heartfelt gratitude to Mrs. Martino for her substantial contributions and the positive impact she has made. As the organization searches for a new Executive Director, it remains committed to continuing its vital mission of serving the community.
