Community First Bank of Indiana (CFB) is proud to announce the graduation of Janelle Campbell, SVP, Director of Consumer Banking from the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado (GSBC)’s state-of-the-art program. Campbell completed a rigorous and all-encompassing banking curriculum, equipping her to serve as a leader at CFB and trusted financial provider in her community.

Campbell is among 159 graduates representing 28 U.S. states honored in a ceremony earlier this summer. Throughout their 25 months in the program, they were immersed in a mix of traditional and non-traditional models of coursework on financial management and strategy, innovation and engagement, leadership and culture, and lending – all through a community banking lens.

“Completing the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado has been an incredibly enriching experience. The time spent engaging with fellow banking professionals from around the country has equipped me with refreshed knowledge and skills to better serve our central Indiana community that I love and lead with confidence at Community First Bank of Indiana. I am excited to apply what I’ve learned to continue fostering financial wellness and innovation within our community,” said Campbell.

GSBC’s mission as America’s Premier Community Banking School is to empower banking professionals by providing coursework that covers banking essentials, builds organizational and community leaders and provides each student the skills to act innovatively and think critically to lead their organizations into the future.
