United Way, Howard County urge residents to call for help
In response to flash flooding across Howard County on Saturday, June 14, 2025, the Howard County Board of Commissioners and United Way of Howard and Tipton Counties are encouraging residents in immediate need to contact the United Way office by calling 765-457-4357.
United Way of Howard and Tipton Counties is leveraging its Information and Referral program to connect individuals in the community to resources available during this time of need. Residents of Howard and Tipton counties can:

- Visit the United Way website at: howardandtiptonunitedway.org for resources such as food and hygiene assistance.
- Visit the United Way office, 125 N. Buckeye St., Kokomo, Monday-Friday, from 9 a.m.-4 pm. (closed from 12-1 p.m.)
