On the third Saturday of each month, Fairview Baptist Church, 2108 E. Vaile Ave., holds Cowboy Church. It’s a combination of Southern Gospel, Bluegrass, Hymns and a lot of serious goofing off.

The next Cowboy Church will take place Saturday, Aug. 16, at 5 p.m. The event takes place at 5 p.m. from March through October, and at 4 p.m. from November through February. Fairview Baptist Church is located at 2108 E Vaile Ave. behind the Walmart Plaza.
