The Heart Health Program is designed for adults who want to learn about and strengthen heart-healthy habits. The program provides education, resources, and support to help participants adopt and maintain behaviors that promote cardiovascular health and overall wellness.

This is a nine-week course which will meet each Tuesday from 5:30-7 p.m. from Sept. 1 through Oct. 27. Participants will receive weekly education, cooking demonstrations and taste tests, and a box of take-home food to complement the recipes prepared in class and to support a heart-healthy diet. The course is free to participants, funded by a grant through the Community Foundation Serving Howard, Clinton, and Carroll Counties.
