Charles Ellis Robinson (Chuck), 57, went to be with the Lord on June 9, 2026. He was born on February 14, 1969, to Joseph Robinson and Dorothy Taylor in Nashville, Tennessee. Chuck married Henrietta Robinson on April 17, 2000.

Chuck was a man of all men. He loved to work on cars as a mechanic, and he was awesome at auto body work. In his short 57 years of life, he worked for Sparks Wrecker Service, Johnson’s Towing, and was the owner of Circus City Wreckers.

Chuck loved his family. He was always there with a helping hand when needed. He was a great man and will be missed by his family deeply.

Those he left behind to cherish his memories are his wife Henrietta, three sons Bradley Robinson, Jakob Robinson, and Steven Ostafin; three daughters Rebekkah (Becca) Robinson, Erin Bales, and Stephanie Ostafin; and eight grandchildren Fisher Soots, Owen Jones, Grayson and Caden Opp, Zara Ostafin, and Haiden, Xaine, and Arian Taylor. He also leaves behind two brothers Larry Payne and Dennis Bales (Debbie) of Lagro, and six sisters Tina, Debbie, and Juanita Payne, Nancy Bales of Peru, Teri Twining (Howard) of Bunker Hill, and Jody Logsdon of Kokomo, along with several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, maternal grandparents Juanita and James Clingaman, his mother and father-in-law Frank and Nancy Bales, and a sister Carmen Bales-Daughtery.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home. Service will follow at 6 p.m. at the funeral home, with Pastor Bill Sheets officiating.
