Kenneth David Lacy
Kenneth David Lacy, 56, of Goldsmith was born September 14, 1967, in Marion, Indiana to Frieda (Leamon) and David W. Lacy. He passed away February 18, 2024, in Newark, Ohio. Kenny was preceded in death by his mother and is survived by his father; one daughter, Tasha Brown of Tennessee and one son Jordan Lacy of Elwood.
He has two sisters, Ann Hazelwood and husband Mike of Cicero, Ivanelle Teter and husband Martin of Goldsmith; one brother, Delbert Lacy and wife Denise of Tipton. Kenny is also survived by seven grandchildren, Josalynn Stanley, Rory Stanley II, Adylee Stanley, Tessa Lacy, Hayden Lacy, Wiley Lacy and Benjamin Lacy.
Kenny graduated from Tipton High School in 1986 and then joined the United States Air Force. He was an industrial equipment operator retiring from that work in 2021.
Kenny was a follower of Jesus and attended Rock Prairie Church in Tipton. He was an avid Colts fan and supported his team through thick and thin.
Funeral services for Kenny will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 23 at Young-Nichols Funeral Home with Pastor Jerry Markins presiding and burial to follow in Fairview Cemetery. Patrecia Grace Snyder
Patrecia Grace Snyder passed away Friday, February 16, 2024. She was born in Kokomo on July 8, 1929. She was the daughter of Lillian Mae Morris and Fred O. Morris.
Her husband of 65 years James F. Snyder preceded her in death as well as her children Cynthia K. Chan and William Lee Snyder; and one grandson Jonathon D. Lester.
She had five children including her great grandson Zackariah Mills, whom she raised as her own. She leaves behind 2 daughters Janice K. Lester (Larry) and Patricia Grigsby; numerous grandchildren including Charles A. Lester, Michelle Grigsby Farris, Brittany Grigsby, Joshua Grigsby; and great grandchildren Zackariah Mills, Declan Lester, Ryder Grigsby, Salem Farris, Ashley Fridley (Cy), Kaylee Guzman (Bryan), and Alyssa Lester.
She was one of Jehovah's Witnesses her whole life and will be missed by her Kokomo Congregation and many friends including Joyce and Ed Addison.
A private memorial service will be announced at a later date.
