Linda Lou Mitchell, Rhonda Miller, Jerry Lee Robertson, Max Eugene Beall

Linda Lou Mitchell

Linda Lou Mitchell (Bennett), born July 17, 1948, in Kokomo, Indiana, and a longtime resident of Kokomo, Indiana, and Bowling Green, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, May 2, 2026, at her residence at the age of 77.

Linda was born to Virginia Gilbert and Roland Bennett. She dedicated 20 years of service as a payroll clerk with Delco Electronics, where she was known for her reliability and strong work ethic. She was a 1966 graduate of Northwestern High School.

Above all, Linda was the heart of her family. She was a devoted and selfless caregiver, always willing to lend a hand or step in to help others in need. Her greatest act of love was caring for her son who lived with autism and cerebral palsy for many years; a role she carried with unwavering strength, patience, and compassion.

She found joy in the simple pleasures of life: playing cards with friends and spending time with her family. Her warmth, generosity, and quiet resilience left a lasting impression on everyone who knew her.

Linda is survived by her two sons Jeremy Goad (Erin Goad) of Bowling Green, Kentucky, and Jeffery Goad of Scottsville, Kentucky; her grandson Ethan James Goad of Tulsa, OK; and brother Bruce Bennett of Grove, Oklahoma. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all whose lives she touched.

She is preceded in death by her father Roland Bennett, mother Virginia Gilbert, stepfather Clifton Gilbert, and sisters Rita Prifogle and Becky Cox.

The family has entrusted J.C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel with arrangements.

A small private memorial service for family and friends will be Thursday, May 7, 2026.

Rhonda Miller

Rhonda Miller, born July 14, 1962, in Battle Creek, Michigan, passed away peacefully on May 3, 2026.

She was the beloved daughter of George C. Miller and Helen Wynn Miller, both of whom preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her brother George Jeffrey Miller and her husband James Miller.

She is lovingly remembered by her children Jennifer Heinzelman (Ted) of Noblesville, IN, and James Todd Miller II of Tipton, IN. She was a proud grandmother to Haley Heinzelman of Westminster, CO, and Finnley Miller of Tipton, IN, who brought her great joy.

She is also survived by her siblings Lyle Miller and Denise Burns, along with many extended family members and friends who will cherish her memory

She graduated from Kokomo High School in 1970 and went on to dedicate many years of service working as a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) and Qualified Medication Aide (QMA), where she cared for others with compassion and dedication.

Visitation will be held at Ellers Mortuary, 3400 S. Webster Street, Kokomo, IN 46902, on May 6, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. There will be a committal service to follow at Crown Point Cemetery.



Jerry Lee Robertson

Jerry Lee Robertson, 87, Kokomo, passed away at 11:01 p.m. on Friday, December 5, 2025, at Ascension St. Vincent Hospital, Kokomo. He was born on May 29, 1938, the son of the late Loren and Francis (Carver) Robertson. On August 26, 1961, he married Jane Hannah, and she survives.

Jerry graduated from Galveston High School in 1957. He served in the United States Army Reserves from 1959-1964. He worked for General Motors and retired after 33 years of service. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, sports, playing cards, jigsaw puzzles, and wintering in Florida. Above all, he loved spending time with his children and grandchildren and bragged about each of them often.

Along with his wife Jane Robertson, Jerry is survived by his children Mike (Carol) Robertson, Brad (Libby) Robertson, Susan (Don) Schneider, and Steven (Dawn) Robertson; grandchildren Megan (Wes) McCorkle, Matthew Robertson, Craig (Brandi) Lusk, Phillip (Jasmine) Robertson, David (Kelsey) Robertson, Amanda Weaver, Jacob (Alisha) Robertson, Lauren (Evan) Miller, Kirsten Schneider, Evan (Camden Reed) Schneider, Ethan Schneider, Brooke (David) Core, Breanne (Travis) Miller, and Brandon Robertson; step-grandchildren Nate (Hailey) Simpson, Greg (Sybil) Simpson, and Michelle Simpson; 25 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Larry (Jan) Robertson, and father- & mother-in-law George and Catherine Hannah.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday May 30, 2026, at the Galveston Community Center, 101 Park Road, Galveston, IN 46932. Stout & Son Funeral Home has been entrusted with cremation. Memorial contributions may be made in Jerry’s name to St. Jude Children’s Hospital. Max Eugene Beall

Max Eugene Beall, 90, Kokomo, passed away at 5:50 a.m. Friday, May 1, 2026, at Aperion Care in Kokomo. He was born May 6, 1935, in Logansport, IN, the son of the late Mary Beall.

Max served with the United States Navy. He worked as a truck driver for a local cement company. In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting and fishing and reading up on the latest techniques of the sport. He looked forward to hanging out with his friend of 15 years Sonja. He loved their talks, going out to eat, and drinking coffee together. Max was a hard worker and would help anyone in need. He enjoyed working on cars and lawnmowers.

Max is survived by his daughter Lisa Beall; ex-wife Sharon Grimes; and long-time friend Sonja Reeves; along with seven grandchildren; and his four-legged friend Bo.

Max was preceded in death by his mother Mary Beall; and his son Max Beall Jr.

In keeping with Max’s wishes, no services are planned. Shirley & Stout Funeral Home & Crematory has been entrusted with cremation.
