Kathy Jo (Biddle) Grider

Kathy Jo (Biddle) Grider, 72, of Kokomo, Indiana, passed away peacefully at home on July 7, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family. Kathy was born on July 13, 1953, to Robert and Betty (Wilson) Biddle. On October 9, 1971, she married the love of her life Roy Allan Grider in Greentown, Indiana. Together, they shared 53 years of marriage before Allan’s passing, building a life centered on love, family, and unwavering devotion.

Kathy dedicated more than 40 years of her life to nursing, serving patients in many different areas in healthcare. She had a true servant’s heart and found a great purpose in caring for others.

When Kathy wasn’t caring for others, she enjoyed traveling and camping with Allan, making cherished memories wherever life took them.

Kathy is survived by loving sons Jason (Angela) Grider of Kokomo, Indiana, and Jeremy (Harlee) Grider of Bradenton, Florida; her sisters Pamela Kaliher of Kokomo, Indiana, and Jane (Steve) Heflin of Kokomo, Indiana; grandchildren Jordan Grider, Kathy (Jo) Weber, Devin Grider, Delanie Grider, Caleb Grider, JoAnnah Grider, and Alex Grider; and great-grandchildren Elizabeth Doud, Xyaine Doud, Ryker Grider, Padme Faucett, Charlie Grider, and Aayla Faucett.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Roy Allan Grider, her parents Robert and Betty (Wilson) Biddle, and her brother Robert Biddle.

Timothy “Timmy” Andrew Hickman

Timothy “Timmy” Andrew Hickman, 58 years old, passed away at 4:07 a.m. Sunday, July 5, 2026, at Waterford Place in Kokomo, IN. He was born October 25, 1967, in Bunker Hill, IN, the son of the late Francis “Frank” James and Ramona Mae (Mossholder) Hickman.

Timmy was a self-employed mechanic who loved working on small engine repairs. He was a hard-working handyman who was skilled at working with his hands. He liked tinkering in the garage. He would spend time on taking things apart and rebuilding them. He had a stubborn, silly, and goofy demeanor. Timmy was always down for a good time. He will be remembered for helping people around him.

He is survived by his children Lacey Deditch, Zach Hickman, Briana (James) Cardwell, and Jesse (Jennifer) Hickman; siblings Francie (Randy) Hubbard and Donald “Donnie” Aaron; grandchildren Clarebelle Cardwell and Oliver Godby-Hickman; mother of their children Leah Mince; stepdad James Woolley; nieces and nephews Johnny Kowalski, Jerzi Campbell, Jade Gable, Alexandria Aaron, Felicia Shutt, Angie Shutt, Wayne Shutt, Ronald Hickman Jr., and Troy Hickman.

He was preceded in death by his parents Frank and Ramona Hickman; mom Linda Hickman Woolley; son Timothy Hickman; siblings Cassie Fahner and Ronald Hickman; nephews Justin Logan and Camden and Cameron Aaron; and sister-in-law Bonnie Hickman.
