It has been a rough season for the Kokomo High School boys’ soccer team. On Thu., Aug. 31, the team hosted a tough Hamilton Heights squad and lost 4-2.
The loss lowered the Kats’ record to 2-5, despite a surprising soccer debut by Kokomo’s star basketball athlete, Flory Bidunga.
The Kansas-bound senior scored one of Kokomo’s two goals against Hamilton Heights and leads the team in goals per game and assists on the season.
Kokomo's next match features North Central Conference rival McCutcheon (2-4) in Lafayette this afternoon.
